Debbie Bercume is a professional Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer.  She brings over 25 years of experience working with professionals to achieve personal and professional fulfillment.

 

Experience: Debbie brings expertise in business and human resources development, serving effectively in a variety of roles, which include coach, facilitator, trainer, consultant, manager of human resources and training & development functions, and business partner.  She collaborates with strategic alliances of award-winning blended-learning solutions offering clients the most innovative, customizable resources.

Debbie is a co-facilitator for the Institute for Professional Excellence Coaching Program (iPEC).

Education:Debbie earned her MS Degree in Training and Development from Lesley University, her BS in Business Administration from North Adams State College, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College.  She is Past-President of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, an instructor for ASTD’s HPI Certificate Program at Worcester State College.

 

She is a Master Certified Leadership Coach through the iPEC Coaching Program.
