George Dumigan, Vice President, has an extensive sales, business consulting and professional training background. A native of Scotland, George brings to his work a unique awareness of cultural diversity He has provided management and communication skills training to hundreds of foreign-born supervisors employed by the United Nations.

Alan Pakiela is Director of Program Development. Before forming NHCG, he was director of technical Training for Union Carbide Corporation, Medical Products Division. There he trained over 2000 medical technologists, physicians and laboratory personnel in systems theory, operations, and service. During his association with the Learning Systems Divisions of Xerox Corporation, Alan developed sales, sales management, customer service, and general management programs for scores of companies.
